Ex Libris is an exhibition of 2 dimensional works fabricated from the covers of decommissioned hardback books which I have assembled into abstract grids and stripes that reference the art of the mid century modernists.

Ex Libris includes pre-existing and new works that employ the inherent colour of second hand book covers; each piece celebrates the traces of use including faded edges and stains to form a collection of vibrant and subtle studies in tone and colour.

Ex Libris is exhibited at the Northcote Library Artspace.
